All you have to do is get floaters, get as close to the island as possible, and release them. It should attach to the Seamoth and make the it jump out of the island. You may have to repair it a bit, but you will have it back. I don't know if it will get stuck in the aurora like the seamoth does in the island, but I don't know, maybe my argument isn't valid here.
