Turned out under the shifter assembly and center console, there are dual ground eyelets. Mine were not tightend to spec. Tech put on a scanner, with in 1 hour had the issue solved and tightend the eyelets to the ground bolt. Whenever it starts getting cold, the truck likes to stick in park. It will start, runs fine, just won't go into gear. ONCE it does, it shifts just fine. Usually if I leave it sit for about 10 minutes, with the heater going, it slips right in with no problem.
