I didn't rename the directory, add any new mods, etc. The installer ran through with a hitch and WoWs start normally....and I'm looking at the most vanilla game ever. It's quite simple: re-run the installer, the options you picked the last time should already be marked. Then change whatever you like to change. In your case, it seems to be the OTM options, simply deselect the contour icons in the OTM selection tree. Im my testing; the Battles Expert is what breaking the Side Panels, more specifically for me is the Class Panels v1 and v2, which will not load a tall. But if I uninstall the Battle Expert, the Side Panels (Class Panels v1 and v2) work as intended. Logs attached with broken mods. Edit: ModPack v12.3.1 #04 fixed the issues!
